Summary

Set minimum required voting power to 500 $OPIUM to create proposals on Snapshot

Rationale

Recently Opium DAO’s snapshot page started to receive “spam” proposals

I propose to take action to reduce the amount of “spam” proposals in the future. This might be achieved by only allowing the creation of proposals to community members with the minimum of particular voting power, which indicates the alignment of their interest in keeping the Snapshot clean.

Additional actions

As implementation of this proposal requires performing changes in the Snapshot’s configuration, I propose to additionally update the configuration metadata about the DAO like Twitter, GitHub, Website, picture, etc. as they are not affecting DAO’s security in any way
