Summary
Allow staked $OPIUM tokens in $OPIUM Option Call staking pool to participate in the voting process.
Rationale
As a supporter of Opium, I need to always choose between staking or participating in governance processes because right now once I staked my tokens I no longer have a possibility to vote. I think it can be beneficial for the network to have more voters and committed members.
