Withdraw tokens staked into Opium Protocol suspended pools to users
From September 2021 through July 2025 several pools on Opium Protocol were suspended. Tokens of users who forgot to unstake in time were locked until the so-called “Emergency” event.
The integrated security mechanism, referred to as “Emergency,” enables the withdrawal of tokens from the designated pools to users. However, to initiate this process, a formal DAO proposal must be submitted and successfully passed by the governance before any tokens can be returned.

Hereby I propose to call the emergency mechanism via DAO, and withdraw staked tokens to users.
All tokens will be delivered via the MerkleDrop mechanism and will be claimable by depositors.
After sufficient community discussion, verification of the numbers, and all the technical requirements have been finished the proposal can be sent for voting.
